Dr Manuel Inostroza Palma

Dr. Inostroza Palma is currently Executive Secretary of the Consortium of Universities for Health Policies, academic of several Chilean universities, director of public and private institutions and independent consultant in Health.

He has stood out as public manager in the Superintendency of Health, in the Superintendency of ISAPREs, as the Director of the Peñalolén Cordillera Oriente Health Reference Center and Ministerial Regional Secretary for Planning of the Metropolitan Region.

In the academic field, he has served as Director of Clinical Fields; Director of the Magister of Public Health, President of the Academic Council and Consultant of the Institute of Public Health of the Andrés Bello University, he has been Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Science of the San Sebastián University and National Councilor of the System of Senior Public Management of the State Chilean and also, as an expert in management and public health issues. He served as Advisor to the Ministry General Secretariat of the Presidency in the State Modernization Division and as Chief of Staff of the Ministers of Health of Chile, Carlos Massad and Alex Figueroa and consultant for the Pan American Health Organization in Washington, DC.
